Get your employment agreement drafted or reviewed by an experienced healthcare attorney. We'll tailor your contract to your needs (or provide detailed edits if you already have one) and include a call to ensure everything is covered. Note: negotiation with the other party isn't included.

Make sure it's done right. We start with a consult to determine what type of entity and which state to set up in. The price includes both Wyoming & the state you are located. This includes setting up the registered agent, creating your EIN, an operating agreement, and a short guide on how to maintain your business, including annual filing requirements. The operating agreement is the blueprint for your LLC. It defines ownership, management roles, and operating rules – providing clarity on how your business runs and helps to prevent future disputes among members.

Risk and benefit review, minor edits, and a strategy call with you to discuss the most important changes.
Independent Contractor Agreement $1,100
Have your independent contractor agreement drafted by an experienced healthcare attorney and customized for your industry. We'll create a contract that meets your specific needs, with a call to confirm every detail. We also address state and federal compliance requirements, ethical considerations, and provide a Business Associate Agreement when needed.
